Package Instructions: 
1. Break perforation on side label
2. Remove lid from perforated edge

How to use: Place one pouch between the upper lip and gum. Allow it to remain in place for approximately 20–30 minutes to allow for cannabinoid absorption. Do not chew or swallow the pouch. Swallowing saliva during use is normal and acceptable.
