1. To measure your dose, insert the syringe into the adaptor opening. Once inserted, turn the bottle upside down and draw the syringe to your desired dose.

2. When cleaning your syringe, remove the plunger completely and clean with soap and water. It is important to ensure the syringe is completely dry before reusing it.

* The “optimal dose” is the dose achieved through gradually increasing the dose to the point that results in the most benefit with the fewest side effects.
