About Pineapple Express
Pineapple Express Delivery has been offering its same-day delivery services to Canadians for more than 10 years, making a record-breaking 40,000 deliveries per month. It has been active in Canada’s legal recreational cannabis market since its inception on October 17, 2018, and will now be bringing its personalized delivery experience to patients in the medical market.
How It Works
Simply place your order before the deadline for your region, as shown in the chart below, then select “Pineapple Express” as your delivery method. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number with which you can track your product on the Pineapple Express website.
Package delivery times and windows will vary in different areas across Ontario. See the chart below for more information on delivery in your community.
If nobody is home upon delivery, Pineapple Express will return the package to their warehouse. Customers can then contact them with a new timeframe for delivery the following day.
